Nitrox membrane system up to 40% oxygen for compressors up to 320 l/min
The Coltri C-Nitrox P320 is an industrial membrane compressor system for the continuous production of Nitrox mixtures with up to 40% oxygen content. Designed for professional use in dive centers and filling stations, this system combines a powerful screw compressor with precise membrane technology for the separation of nitrogen and oxygen.
The system operates at a working pressure of 10 bar and supplies the integrated Parker membrane with a constant airflow. This allows an adjustable Nitrox mixture in the range of 28% to 36% O₂ to be produced. The desired oxygen concentration is regulated via an easily accessible valve and reliably monitored using an integrated oxygen analyzer.
The generated Nitrox can then be further compressed up to 232 bar using a high-pressure compressor. In combination with a suitable high-pressure compressor (e.g. 315 l/min), this creates an efficient and safe solution for continuous Nitrox production.
Thanks to its robust construction, industrial components, and ease of operation, the C-Nitrox P320 is ideal for professional applications with a constant demand for enriched breathing air.
