The Coltri C-Nitrox 700 is a high-performance membrane compressor system from the Heavy Duty Line for the continuous production of Nitrox mixtures with up to 40% oxygen content. Designed for the highest demands in professional filling stations, the system combines an industrial screw compressor with precise OXYSEP membrane technology, enabling efficient separation of nitrogen and oxygen.
Operating at a working pressure of 12 bar, the intake air is supplied to the membrane, producing a stable and consistent Nitrox flow. The desired oxygen concentration can be adjusted directly on the unit via an easily accessible control valve. An integrated oxygen analyzer ensures continuous monitoring and precise control of gas quality.
The enriched breathing air can then be compressed up to 232 bar using a high-pressure compressor. With a high delivery rate of 2,000 l/min, the C-Nitrox 700 is particularly suitable for large dive centers, industrial applications, and filling stations with very high gas demand.
Its robust construction, industrial-grade components, and design for continuous operation make this system an ideal solution for demanding environments where reliability and consistent gas quality are essential.
