Nitrox membrane system up to 40% oxygen for compressors up to 400 l/min
The Coltri C-Nitrox 400 is a high-performance membrane system for the continuous production of Nitrox mixtures with an oxygen content of up to 40% O₂. The system combines an industrial screw compressor with a high-quality OXYSEP membrane (7-15-40), which efficiently separates nitrogen and oxygen and ensures a constant supply of enriched breathing air.
Operating at a working pressure of 10 bar, ambient air is supplied to the membrane, where the desired oxygen concentration can be flexibly adjusted. Regulation is carried out via an easily accessible control valve directly on the unit, while an integrated oxygen analyzer monitors and controls the exact O₂ concentration.
The generated Nitrox can then be compressed up to 232 bar using a connected high-pressure compressor. This makes the C-Nitrox 400 ideal for professional filling stations requiring reliable and continuous Nitrox production.
With its robust construction, simple operation, and high process stability, this system is perfectly suited for use in dive centers, technical diving facilities, and industrial applications.
