Filling panel with 2x 200bar and 2x 300bar separate outlets and toggle valves
The filling panel has been specially developed for the needs of diving schools, dive centers, and fire departments. It is used wherever high-pressure compressors are installed in separate rooms and are separated from the filling location of the pressure vessels for breathing apparatus. The filling panel offers two connections each for 200 bar and 300 bar, allowing flexible filling of various breathing air cylinders. The toggle valves allow easy handling by simply flipping them open. A practical venting of the filling hose between the filling ramp and the diving cylinder occurs automatically when the lever is moved beyond the straight position to the rear.
Efficient and Safe Filling Solution for Breathing Air
The filling connections are equipped with DIN connections, providing a secure and standardized connection. A significant advantage of this external filling option is the built-in pressure reducer, which allows air to be drawn from storage cylinders filled with 300bar. This increases efficiency and allows multiple compressed air cylinders to be filled in the shortest possible time. Thanks to the robust construction and high-quality materials, this filling ramp is both durable and reliable.
